How to connect Shopify with MealPro App

If you already sell products on Shopify and want to keep using it, then you can simply connect Shopify with MealPro App using our Zapier integration. Here’s how:

Step 1: Set up your Shopify store

First, you need to add any new products in your Shopify store. If you want to charge a recurring fee, then you may need to install a subscription app from the Shopify App Store.

Step 2: Install Zapier on Shopify

Next, you need to install the Zapier app from the Shopify App Store (if not already done).

Step 3: Set up a Zap for new sign-ups

Now, you can set up a Zap to trigger to fire when some signs up on Shopify (or your Shopify subscription app). This should link to Activate User in MealPro App.

The example below is using Recharge Subscriptions (a Shopify app).

Step 4: Set up a Zap for cancellations

You should add another Zap for when people cancel on Shopify. You can choose to either suspend the user’s access in your MealPro App or delete them.

Step 5: Set up additional Zaps (optional)

Depending on how your Shopify store is set up, you might also want to set up Zaps for things like reactivated subscriptions.

Step 6: Add a link to your Shopify account page

To make it easy for your users to manage their subscription, you can add a link in your MealPro App to the account page on your Shopify store. Optional but recommended. See the instructions here.
