Add support information
MealPro App allows you to add a support email address in you app or link to your support site (e.g. if you use a tool like Zendesk). This will appear on the Help page for your members.
Add your support email address
To use a specific email address for support queries (e.g. support@yourwebsite.com), then go to Settings > App settings > Support email address, add the new email address, and save.
Link to external support site (optional)
If you have an external support site (e.g. ZenDesk), then you can add a link in your app. Go Settings > App settings > External support site, add the link (including https://), and save.
Now, when a member goes to the Help page in your app, they will see a link to your external support site.
